1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Alkansya.AI is an AI-powered expense tracking application that helps users categorize expenses, set financial goals, and receive personalized budgeting insights.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Alkansya.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Alkansya.AI. Users under 18 should have parental guidance when making financial decisions. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate expense information

  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security

  • Comply with all applicable laws

  • Not share your account credentials

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available"

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service

6. DISCLAIMERS

About Financial Guidance: Alkansya.AI provides personalized insights based on your spending patterns to help you make informed financial decisions.

While our AI is designed to give helpful guidance, always consider your unique situation and consult financial professionals for major decisions.

About AI Accuracy: Our AI continuously learns and improves, but may occasionally miscategorize expenses. You can easily correct any errors, and this helps make our AI smarter for everyone.

Your Financial Success: We're here to empower your financial journey, but your success depends on the actions you take based on our insights and recommendations.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we work hard to provide accurate insights and reliable service, Paradigm Tech Inc.'s liability for any issues arising from your use of Alkansya.AI is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months. This limitation is to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.

8. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Free Trial

  • 30-day free trial for new users

  • You will NOT be charged during the trial period

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge

  • If you don't cancel before trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan

​

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscription: ₱149/month

  • Annual subscription: ₱999/year (equivalent to ₱83.25/month - save 44% compared to monthly billing)

​

Auto-Renewal Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • The renewal charge will be at the same rate as your current subscription

Managing Your Subscription

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime through your device settings:

For iOS users:

  1. Open Settings app

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Select Alkansya.AI

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

  1. Open Google Play Store

  2. Tap Menu (three lines)

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Select Alkansya.AI

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account

  • We do not receive, process, or store your payment information (credit card, billing address)

​

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device settings

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

Refund Policy

Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice

  • Price changes will not affect your current subscription period

  • You will be notified before any price change takes effect

  • You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue

9. TERMINATION

  • You may terminate your account anytime through our support email team@alkansya.app

  • We may terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations

  • Upon termination, data will be deleted within 30 days

​

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
